  • The Prep: Autolyse vs. Fermentolyse (knowing when and why to use each)

2. How to Best Take Care of the Starter? – Sunday, 10th May, 6pm BST

A healthy loaf starts here. We will cover:

  • Flour Choice: Which flours you use and why they matter for your starter’s health
  • The Feeding Schedule: How to manage your starter to fit your lifestyle
  • Ratios & Profiles: How different feeding ratios impact activity, strength, and the final flavour profile of your bread
