Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes

Section 1. ONE TO ONE COACHING SESSIONS

Full payment is required in advance in order to secure a slot (which will be agreed on together with you following purchase, via email exchange).

Cancellation and change of date – We appreciate that there will be circumstances where you may need to cancel your booking or change the date.

Please note that ordinarily bookings cannot be changed to another date or time within 24hours of the agreed date/time for the session. Prior to this, bookings can be changed to another available date without charge. Bookings cancelled more than 24h prior to the agree slot will be refunded.

Bookings cancelled within 24h of the start of an agreed coaching session are not refundable or transferable to another date.

In the event of us needing to cancel a coaching session, we will give as much notice as possible and will offer you an alternative date & time. If the proposed date & time is not suitable for any reason, then you will be refunded in full. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any third party costs you may have incurred in relation to the original date & time booking.

Section 2. GUIDES

Full payment is required in advance in order for the guide to be available for download. Guides will be made available for download in pdf format, and can only be downloaded two times only via a link you will receive after purchase. Download link is valid for 30 days. Refunds are not available for these products.

The guides are exclusively available through our website.

Section 3. MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES & PRICES

Prices for our products & services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.


We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service

Section 4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
