I took this class today, and all I can say is it is well worth it!! I learned so much, and am so excited to implement everything I have learned! Thank you so much for such a great class, I’ll be sure to take the masterclass soon enough!

This class helped me so much to understand some of the basics of sourdough even though I have a strong starter and have already baked a few good breads. All the questions were answered in an easy way so that everybody could understand it. Thank you very much! I can totally recommend this class.

I got such a deeper understanding of the process and reasons behind steps and temperatures/times….this was just so eye opening in a way I actually understood and retained. Thank you so much for explaining the “science” of why and how, this was so so great!!!

Thank you very much for explaining so well and many tips on how to handle the starter in different situations. Finally, I have baked my first whole-wheat bread today and looks rather nice.
Enjoyed every moment of your class !

Andra is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to sourdough baking. I attended one of her online Beginner’s courses, and I must say it completely changed the way I understand sourdough.
Although I had baked sourdough bread before, my knowledge was very limited. I could make humble loaves, but without really understanding what was happening. Through Andra’s explanations every step of the process, what to look for, how to feel when things are going in the right direction or not, I suddenly realised how many mistakes I had been making. And, most importantly, why. So many things finally started to make sense.
She is truly resourceful. Her ebook is a must-have in the kitchen: something you can always come back to, check, learn from, and grow with through practice until you eventually succeed.
Even though I had my own starter for several years, Andra was kind enough to send me some of hers. This allowed me to compare the two, learn how to adapt mine properly, and gain even more confidence in the process.
I am really looking forward to learning more and, hopefully, attending one of Andra’s masterclasses one day. I am truly grateful for her generosity, patience, and passion for teaching. Thank you, Andra for sharing your knowledge and opening the door to a whole new understanding of sourdough baking.❤️

I had a wonderful experience in Andra’s class. The session was incredibly detailed, clear, and thoughtfully structured. She explains not only the “how” but also the “why” behind each step, which made a huge difference in my understanding and confidence. Felt so enthusiastic and more confident that I gave a go testing her 20% Rye recipe (its cold proofing as I am writing here).
I’m already looking forward to attending an in-person class soon!
