Useful information
– Should you want to take notes, I can provide pen & paper for you to use on the day
– Water, tea & light dinner will be provided. Should you have any strict dietary requirements, please get in touch before booking a seat for this workshop
– All the ingredients and tools you need to prepare the dough on the day will be provided, including an apron for you to wear during the class
– Class starts at 6pm, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that the class can start on time
– We aim to finish around 9pm
– Location for the class is in Kensal Rise, London
– Easy access with the Bakerloo line to Kensal Rise or with the overground either to Kensal Rise or Kensal Green. Should you decide to come by car, I can get you a visitor parking permit for the entire day for £5.45
– Class is NOT suitable for a gluten free diet
– This sourdough bread workshop is suitable for 16-year-olds and above
Cancellation policy
If you book a seat and in the meantime you cannot make it anymore on that date, that’s ok. Notify me via email (sourdoughexplained@gmail.com) up to 7 days before the workshop and I can arrange a refund. You can also opt to swap (free of charge) for another date
A minimum of 4 participants is required for the class to take place. If not I might have to cancel the session. Should this happen, a refund will be arranged should the new proposed date not be suitable for the participants.
